How to Add a Puppy to Your Family

If you are interested in adding a puppy to your family, please email us with the name of the puppy you would like. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and can provide additional photos upon request.

Deposits and Payments

To reserve your chosen puppy, a deposit is required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. While we no longer accept PayPal, we do offer convenient options through Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total balance of your puppy.

Meeting Your Puppy 

If you wish to meet your puppy before placing a deposit, we can arrange a FaceTime or video chat. You also have the option to visit in person, provided you follow our cleanliness policy and agree to a mutually convenient meeting time. We take pride in our open-door policy, ensuring prospective puppy parents can meet potential puppies in advance.

Bringing Your Puppy Home

Most families pick up their puppies in person, which is encouraged so you can meet the puppy’s parents as well. For your convenience, we can arrange to meet you partway within a reasonable driving distance. For out-of-state families, airport meetups at our local airport are possible.
